Vinegars, chutneys and more

Vinegars are either fermented or distilled. Our honey vinegar is fermented. 

Starting out as water and honey, the mix is fermented through to a mead and then pushed through to a vinegar. 

This is a true vinegar (with a pH of below 2.5). It is wonderful on salads, in salad dressings or vinaigrettes. 

It can also be used as you would use any other vinegar – a splash in your cooking or a tablespoon in the morning to help the gut.

The colour and flavour of this chutney makes it one of our star products.

Made largely from native ingredients, it is has a wonderful sharp taste and pairs beautifully with cheese.

The hibiscus calyx is what gives this chutney its rich, red colour.

Our honey vinegar is made from local Hunter Valley honey and(fermented for up to 16 months.
