This is a large-grained sea salt from the Great Australian Bite. Turmeric is said to be a flavour enhancer so use this salt in any cooking. It can also be added to your salt grinder.
This salt, coupled with the cab sav salt, are wonderful additions to any table. Together they make a “dynamic duo” indeed.
