Use with any Asian dish – especially Thai dishes. This salt has been soaked in our cold pressed lime juice, re-dehydrated and then been topped up with flavour packed garlic, curry leaves, ginger and shallots all grown by us.
This is a large grained sea salt sourced from the Great Australian Bite. Leave this salt on or near the kitchen bench so it is handy when you want to toss some in your cooking.
