Made purely from oranges, this citrus dust is a wonderful addition to any pantry. It can be used in salad dressings (the oranges will re-hydrate and thicken your dressings), in sweets (ice cream, panna cottas, shortbread, cakes, muffins and more).
The oranges are not squeezed before they are dehydrated so they are packed full of that citrus flavour and can take up to a week to dehydrate fully before being packaged.
It can be used as a rub on duck and mixed with other spices such as cinnamon and then added to a cheesecake base. With this one you are only limited by your imagination.
