Gently dried over several days, the herbs retain their nutritional content and become a powerhouse of flavour.
Add to roasts, salads, salad dressings, gravies, and sauces. The sky is the limit!
By the way, packet often has small grains (like dust) in the bottom of the packet. Don’t throw these out! Add them to your salad dressing.
